| 职位描述及要求： | Title: Design Director for Shanghai Hospitality/Retail Studio. Role/Responsibility: The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered: •Have at least 15 years experience in delivering high-end Hospitality/Retail Design projects, as a lead designer/design director. •Have knowledge of current trends, clients, markets of Hospitality/Retail Design. •Be able to oversee quality Design Direction to a number of projects with tight deadlines. •Have the ability to mentor Design staff. •Be able to present at the highest level. •Have excellent visual and graphic presentation skills. •Possess good communication and Management skills. •Guide and advise the designers on Hospitality/Retail projects. •Develop design directions. •Lead design critiques and forums. •Professional license or certification may be required. •Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English Please include work samples along with your resume and cover letter to pzhang@antal.com.cn.
